While I’ve made some colorful and fun free calendar designs over the years, this year I am adding a new design in black and white: this simple 2025 monthly calendar PDF for January to December.
This blank calendar design also features a lined section at the bottom to jot in any notes you have. Each free printable calendar is Sunday start, in vertical orientation PDF format, and designed for US letter paper size.

How To Download & Print The Free 2025 Monthly Calendar PDFs
When it comes to downloading these free printable monthly calendar PDFs with lines, you have 2 options:
- Option #1: Get all 12 free 2025 monthly calendar PDF printable sent to your email inbox. In addition to the calendar bundle, you’ll also get free tips, organizational printables, and resources sent straight to your inbox each week.
- Option #2: Download the single page monthly calendars by clicking the individual calendar images below.
Both options are free, but getting them sent to your inbox allows you to have all the calendars in one file, plus you get access to more free resources and planning tips.
Please note that if you’re on a mobile device, you may have some issues downloading and printing. This process tends to work best from a desktop or laptop.

Ideas For Using the Free 2025 Monthly Calendar PDFs
Since these monthly calendar templates are blank (other than the dates), there are pretty much endless ways in which you can use them. Some ideas include:
- Personal Appointments: Schedule doctor visits, haircuts, and other personal appointments.
- Meal Planning: Organize daily meals and grocery shopping lists.
- School Planner: Organize assignments, tests, and study sessions for school.
- Habit Tracking: Monitor daily habits such as reading, meditation, or drinking water.
- Birthdays & Anniversaries: Remember important dates for family and friends.

- Memorial Day – Last Monday of May
- Independence Day – July 4
- Labor Day – First Monday of September
- Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day – Second Monday of October
- Veterans Day – November 11
- Thanksgiving Day – Fourth Thursday of November
